You should check out your attitude first, if you really sent your mi nd on your study and work,you will be not so puzzled and disspressed.Meanwhile I suggest you make a shedule ,learn to how to get your time organised.Now let me take myself for an example,I am a college student who faces some challeges both in study and life as you,but I didn’t become stressed like you,I sent up some plans and goals in my everyday life,when I get some small acheivements,I have a strong sense of succss, which wii make me more motivated to continue.So never be despressed and doubt about yourself.Believe in yourself you can,then you will make it at last.Come on!
